Counting Goods Loaded onto Trucks

A camera is mounted above the loading area. The system counts every bag, box and crate loaded onto the truck by conveyor or by hand. The report shows how much left the warehouse, and if it doesn't match the waybill, you can find the moment on video.

What We Count

What the System Does

Check against the waybill

You see how much was actually loaded, so any mismatch with the waybill stands out at once.

Check every truck

The report and video show how much went onto each truck and when.

Video proof

Every number has video behind it, so a dispute with a driver or buyer takes minutes to settle.

Works with your cameras

A security camera in the yard is often enough. If needed, we install a new one above the loading area.

Send a 30-second video of your loading area on WhatsApp, and we'll show you how the system counts your goods.

Questions and Answers

Does it count manual loading without a conveyor?

With the camera above the loading area, bags carried by loaders are counted too. We first check this on a video from your site.

Can the numbers go to 1C?

Yes. On request, we send the totals to 1C or other accounting software you use.

What camera do I need?

An existing IP camera is often enough. We choose the mounting point and angle from your video, and install a new camera if needed.

How can I try it for free?

Send a 30-second video of your loading area on WhatsApp, and we'll show you how the system counts your goods.
